Cheyenne Conrad, Ed.D
Biography
Cheyenne Conrad is a Postdoctoral Associate, primarily supporting the state-wide implementation of Florida Embedded Intervention and Practices with Caregivers (FL-EPIC) and the efficacy trial of FL-EPIC.
Cheyenne is a triple gator, and has earned a Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate degree from the University of Florida. She earned her Doctor of Education degree in December 2023. Her major area of study was special education with a concentration in early childhood studies. Cheyenne’s research focused on the professional development experiences of early intervention providers in the state of Florida. Her dissertation was titled Exploring Florida Infant Toddler Development Specialists Experiences of Training and Supports.
While enrolled in her doctorate program Cheyenne worked full-time as an Infant Toddler Development Specialist with North Central Florida Early Steps. Her first-hand experiences as a practitioner led to her passion for professional development, and interest in implementation science. Prior to her appointment as an ITDS, Cheyenne also served as a Registered Behavior Technician and a Florida certified Preschool Teacher.
