Biography
Kim joined the Anita Zucker Center in 2023 as an education and training specialist II. Her work at the center focuses on Practice-Based Coaching and Embedded Instruction for Early Learning. She comes to the center from the Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County, where she served as an early intervention specialist.
In that role, Kim assisted educators and families in using positive behavior support strategies with young children, provided early intervention support for children with developmental delays, and ensured children received services in the least restrictive environment. While at the coalition, she also served as the lead implementation specialist for the Pyramid Model project. In that position, she introduced coaching and data-driven initiatives across various early learning providers, emphasizing evidence-based social and emotional practices.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting young children and their families across multiple sectors, including early intervention, foster care and adoption, Kim is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for young children and their caregivers.
