Biography

Hayley Brewer joined the Anita Zucker Center in 2023 as an Education & Training Specialist I. Her work at the Center focuses on Practice-Based Coaching implementation through the Department of Education, Division of Early Learning Anita Aucker Center Practice-Based Coaching Initiative. Hayley comes to the Center from the public education sector, where she served on the curriculum development committee and as a lead on the third-grade team. As the lead, she planned and supported team members in their practice. She provided mentoring through the Clinical Educator process developed by the North East Florida Educational Consortium (NEFEC). Hayley loves to support educators in expanding their practices and professional learning. In 2010, Hayley embarked on her professional education journey. Her first role was in a childcare center, where she honed her skills in understanding the unique needs of young children. Her natural ability to connect with kids and create a nurturing environment soon led her to a position in a preschool, where she played a pivotal role in designing innovative and engaging learning activities. Hayley pursued her passion for education by obtaining a degree in Early Childhood Education from Northern Arizona University in 2017. From there, she has worked in multiple educational roles ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade. Currently, Hayley is working towards a master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
