Daveyon Brown

Daveyon began working with the Anita Zucker Center for Excellence in Early Childhood Studies in 2025, as an Undergraduate Student Research Affiliate, supporting the Early Childhood Policy Research Group. Since graduating, he has transitioned to Center staff. His main role includes developing the web-based platform that supports Early Learning Coalitions. He collaborates with the team to design, test, and improve platform functionality to better meet the needs of users.

Daveyon holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Florida. He is passionate about leveraging technology to improve community outcomes and is particularly interested in creating innovative financial tools that promote financial literacy and empower individuals to make informed financial decisions.

He is excited to contribute his technical skills to the Center’s mission of improving systems that support children, families, and communities across Florida!
