Biography

Ellyn Terry is a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Economic Mobility and Resilience Initiative and a PhD student in Public Policy at the University of Washington. Her research involves analyzing social policy problems through an economic lens. She focuses on economic mobility, social assistance policies, and health policy. Her research has appeared in the National Tax Journal, the National Bureau of Economic Research Working Paper Series, and several Atlanta Fed publications. She earned a master’s degree in Applied Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The Florida State University.
