Barbara Alvarez

Barbara has been working at the center as a student member since November, 2023. After graduating from the University of Florida, Barbara transitioned to a staff role, where they now assist in multiple projects, contributing to the Center’s mission of advancing early childhood education and support for families. She supports Dr. Bishop in their research through the processing and collection of data, translations, and the culmination and implementation of behavioral coding.

Barbara graduated with a bachelors in Psychology and a Minor in Education Studies with the hopes of becoming a clinical pediatric psychologist in the future.
